Stylish Weekend
Initial Consultation – we meet with
you to discuss overall concepts and ideas for your wedding and
reception. We discuss budget parameters, the size and complexity of
the wedding, as well as any family dynamics which come into play. We
will discuss your religious requirements, and review and existing vendor
commitments you may have already contracted for.
Check up consultation – we
will meet with you one month to two weeks prior your wedding and make
sure everything is going smooth.
Confirm all wedding vendors 3 weeks & 1 week prior
– one week prior to the date, our staff will call vendors to
confirm receipt of the itinerary, and answer any questions related to
your weekend. We will confirm all arrival times, notify them of any
last minute details or changes, and verify that their payments have been
received. We will phone you to review your checklists to be sure
everything is on schedule. We will maintain constant contact with you
and all vendors from that point forward.
Contact all the Bridal Party
– I will contact them the week prior to make sure they know what time
the rehearsal will start and where it is going to be. I will make sure
all the guys have been in for the tux payment and anything else you need
me to check with everyone.
Direct the wedding rehearsal
– we will provide a wedding director to coordinate and instruct ushers
in the seating of guests and family members, rehearse the processional,
order of the ceremony, and the recessional. After the orders of events
have been rehearsed, we will have a group session to review the timing
for the following day’s events for all involved. Any questions will be
addressed at that time. This rehearsal generally takes 1- 1 ½ hours
maximum.
On-site facilitator for ceremony set up
– as your consultant, we will act as facilitator during the vendor
set-up portion preceding your wedding ceremony. We will be on site to
distribute personal flowers to wedding party and family members,
supervise floral set up, musicians, Videographers set up, and
photographer’s preparation. We will coordinate all their activities
prior to the ceremony. We will assist the wedding party with their
wedding attire, and handle any last minute situations as they occur.
We will be present up to four hours before the ceremony begins. If
required longer additional plans will be made with contract and payment.
On-site facilitator for reception set up
– If custom linens are contracted, we will be on site to supervise their
proper placement. We will supervise the set-up of the table cards and
the place cards. Our staff will insure that the menu preparation is
accurate before the day. They will be on hand to cue the band on your
arrival. We will be there up to four hours before the ceremony
begins. Placement of linens and decoration of venue is extra.
Ceremony Coordination – once
pre-wedding photos are completed, we will coordinate any other
pre-wedding proceedings prior to the wedding ceremony. We will prepare
the wedding party to begin the processional, cue the musicians, assist
ushers with the seating of special guests, and be on hand to handle any
last minute emergencies. We will discretely seat any late arrivals,
and assist parents with unruly children who may disrupt the ceremony.
Reception Coordination – we
will assist with table cards for guests, assist guests with gifts,
coordinate service of pre-function events and entertainment, and act as
the director of events throughout the reception. We will coordinate
the blessings, the food service, the first dances, the cake cutting,
toasts, special ceremonial dances, the bouquet and garter toss.
Placement of linens and décor
- we will steam any linens so they look just out of the dryer.
Placement of any place cards, guest favors, candles, centerpieces etc.
will be taken care of.
Unlimited e-mail communication with phone conversations as
needed and two meetings
