Patience

Patience is what me and Chad had to have while we were desperately wanting a son or daughter of our own.   I'm not so good at it and Chad might tell you he is ... but I'll tell you he isn't either!   But when you ask God for something sometimes the answer is yes but in His time.   Well, December 31st, 2012 was His time to bless us with a son.   Bronson Reid Morelock came at 5:08 PM, weighing 6 pounds 10 ounces and measured 19 inches long.   My "scheduled" c-section was for January 3rd but He knew all along that His scheduled c-section was a little earlier.

Bronson is five weeks and two days old.   I have been writing his birth story to post on here for a while now and it'll be finished sometime this week, I promise!   While he has been here I have thought of so many stories that I can write about but haven't wanted to go out of sync in his timeline.   But then I realized that this is my blog and I can go out of order if I want to!   And even though it will forever drive me crazy ... my life isn't in order all the time (okay, most of the time) and I want this blog to be the real me and not the perfect "show" me.   So here are a few pictures that my sister took when he was two weeks old.   One of my favorites is of Bronson with his dad's running shows and half marathon medal.   I think the track team is in his future!
